we will be having an outreach to Asamoah, a village in the Weija District. This programme is expected to expose us to some of the challenges of the inhabitants of this community especially in the area of health and education.
BACKGROUND: this community is a very deprived one, with a lot of child health complications and diseases as buruli ulcers, kuashiorkor, measles, dysentry, etc. their schools lack teachers, classrooms,exercise books, and teaching materials, etc.
we are therefore gathering items as used and new clothes, food items and cash, to this community and using it as our first entry into this area and familiarise ourselves to their plight.
